Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in Customer Relations / Handover role in real estate in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department processes and handover protocols.
• English fluency; Urdu or Arabic adds value.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Handover Engagement: Act as the primary contact post-SPA signing, share construction milestones, payment schedule updates, and pre-handover notices.
• Inspection & Snagging Coordination: Organize unit orientations, conduct snagging walkthroughs with buyers and contractors, track defect rectification.
• Settlement & Title Deed Facilitation: Coordinate with finance and authorities to verify final payments, process DLD fees, prepare handover docs.
• Key Release & Handover Execution: Conduct official handover meetings to deliver keys, present welcome kits, and guide utilities/registration.
• Post-Handover Support: Manage DLP warranty requests and coordinate with facilities for issue resolution.
• Client Satisfaction & Feedback: Collect feedback to refine processes and maintain client retention.
