Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will guide clients through the full property transaction cycle, including property search, viewings, negotiations, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and marketing properties, conducting market research, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, providing professional advice on real property, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of the Dubai property market and relevant regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Brokerage, including handling property transactions, negotiating deals, and managing client portfolios.
• Candidates should possess strengths in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to convert leads, manage client expectations, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and proficiency in additional languages (such as Hindi) are an advantage.
