DG Homes Real Estate in Dubai invites experienced, client-driven sales agents to join our boutique luxury team. This commission-based role rewards high performance with substantial earning potential and exposure to hundreds of exclusive in-house units across Dubai’s prime market.

You bring a proven Dubai real estate track record, a client portfolio, and excellent negotiation and relationship skills. Fluency in another language is a plus; a valid BRN license is required.

Recognised for transparency, investor trust, and top-tier service, we are seeking experienced, high-calibre, client-driven agents to join our boutique, selective, high-performing sales team.

The Role: Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

This role is ideal for a motivated real estate agent with a strong local track record, an existing client and property portfolio, and a results-driven mindset. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate is required. Fluency in an additional language is a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture existing and generate new leads for both non-exclusive and exclusive projects (cold and warm leads combo)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through closing
• Deliver exceptional client experience and follow-up support
• Collaborate with the wider DG Homes team to drive revenue and brand growth

What You Bring

• Proven success in Dubai’s luxury real estate market, with a strong sales and closing track record
• An existing portfolio of properties and clients
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to perform consistently in a high-performance, fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
• Valid BRN license
• Fluency in an additional language (advantage)
