DG Homes Real Estate in Dubai invites experienced, client-driven sales agents to join our boutique luxury team. This commission-based role rewards high performance with substantial earning potential and exposure to hundreds of exclusive in-house units across Dubai’s prime market.

You bring a proven Dubai real estate track record, a client portfolio, and excellent negotiation and relationship skills. Fluency in another language is a plus; a valid BRN license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven track record in luxury sales.
• Excellent negotiation and client-relations skills.
• Valid BRN license and fluency in an additional language would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Nurture existing and generate new leads for exclusive and non-exclusive projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through closing.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and follow-up support.
• Collaborate with the wider DG Homes team to drive revenue and brand growth.
