Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Valid RERA Broker ID (BRN) or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage listings for ready properties (secondary market).
• List and market properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries and schedule property viewings.
• Negotiate and close transactions professionally.
• Coordinate with the admin team for Trakheesi permits and listing approvals.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s market trends, new projects, and RERA regulations.

Position Overview

We are looking for ambitious real estate agents to handle secondary market — resale and ready properties across Dubai. You will be responsible for listing properties, negotiating deals, and managing clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage listings for ready properties (secondary market)
• List and market properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries and schedule property viewings
• Negotiate and close transactions professionally
• Coordinate with the admin team for Trakheesi permits and listing approvals
• Stay updated on Dubai’s market trends, new projects, and RERA regulations
