Real Estate Masters Dubai is seeking motivated Secondary Market Agents in Dubai to help clients buy, sell and lease properties while building their portfolios and maintaining strong relationships.

You will source listings, negotiate offers, guide clients through transactions, and stay informed about Dubai market trends. English fluency is essential; UAE driving license and own car preferred.

• Maintain client records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work towards agreed sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities and property transaction procedures.
• A proactive approach to prospecting and generating business.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
