Allsopp & Allsopp Recruitment in Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent with full training provided. No prior real estate experience required, you will learn on the job while assisting clients, arranging viewings, negotiating deals and closing sales or rentals.

You will join a British real estate agency’s growing team, with uncapped commission, in-house training, and a high-performance environment, suited for ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds eager to learn in property.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; full training provided.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Positive, hardworking and presentable attitude.
• Good negotiation and organisational skills.
• Driver's license (UK/UAE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Keep up to date with current market rates.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Follow up with leads and generate listings.
• Contact potential clients for property listings.
• Call out for your property listings.
• Take professional photos of your listings.
• Work towards sales and commission targets.
• Negotiate prices and offers.
• Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rentals.
