Job summary

EGC Properties LLC in UAE is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our growing Sales Team. You will generate leads, meet clients, show properties and negotiate deals.

The ideal candidate has UAE real estate sales experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to exceed targets. A UAE driving license and RERA certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE property market.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• RERA certification is an advantage, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
• Arrange property viewings and conduct client meetings.
• Negotiate and close property sales and rental transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups through the company's CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and developments.
