Job summary

Sea To Sky Property Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Real Estate Agent to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will guide clients through search, tours, negotiations and closings, and coordinate with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities include prospecting clients, preparing documentation, maintaining CRM records, tracking market trends, advising on pricing and investment opportunities, and supporting marketing activities such as listings and open houses.

Qualifications

• Relevant Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including leasing, sales, and property management support
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, client advocacy, and relationship building
• Proficiency with CRM or property management software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits
