Job summary

Baytify Real Estate in Dubai is seeking ambitious real estate agents for our sales and leasing team focused on the secondary market. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings and no ceiling on income. If you are currently in UK property or sales and live in Dubai, this could be the opportunity you want.

You'll work from our office, supported by an established local team and brand, while building your client base across leasing and resale transactions in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lettings, estate agency, or a target-driven role.
• Based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for property sales and leasing in Dubai's secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations and closing deals for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors and referral sources.
• Advise clients on market pricing, trends and the buying/renting process in Dubai.
• Manage the full transaction process from initial enquiry through to close.
• Represent the Baytify brand professionally at all times.

The Role

We're looking for motivated, self-starting real estate agents to join our sales and leasing team in Dubai, focusing on the secondary market. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential — your income is a direct reflection of your effort and results. If you're currently working in UK property, sales, or a target-driven environment and are already living in Dubai, looking for a bigger opportunity in a tax-free market with no ceiling on what you can earn, this could be the move for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Comfortable working towards targets with a strong work ethic
• Full, valid UAE driving licence preferred
