You will handle negotiations, provide top-tier customer service, and identify new business opportunities in a competitive market, with visa, medical insurance, and RERA cards preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, business development, customer services, retail, hospitality, and sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, entrepreneurship, and MS Office skills.
• Visa, Medical Insurance and RERA cards required or preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property sales and rentals, navigating real property transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring clients receive accurate and effective advice for buying, selling, or leasing properties. The broker will also oversee negotiations, promote property listings, and identify new business opportunities in a competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Real estate , Business development , Customer services , Retails , Hospitality , Engineering and Sales
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation , Problem Solving , Entrepreneurship and Microsoft office skills
• Additional Languages are Preferred " English , Arabic , Russian , Spanish , Turkish, Chinese, Mandarin , Japanese , Italian, Germen, French "
