Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients and optimize their advertising on Bayut and dubizzle. You will drive renewals, upsell products, and coach clients on improving listing performance to maximize ROI.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven analysis, and strategic account growth with a focus on high-quality service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid UAE license required
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate knowledge of sales processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients and build long-term relationships
• Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Analyze listing and lead performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve visibility, lead generation, and ROI
• Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of available advertising solutions
• Provide clients with insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to help them stay competitive
• Develop account growth strategies tailored to each agency's inventory, target market, and business goals
• Work closely with clients to improve listing quality, content, and inventory strategy to maximize lead generation
• Address client concerns, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting data, insights, and action plans for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance client experience and platform performance
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
• Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
