Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE accounting and taxation experience.
• Proven experience in UAE real estate accounting is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with VAT returns and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Familiarity with UAE FTA portal operations and tax reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and tax-related activities.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
• Support Corporate Tax calculations, documentation, compliance, and filing.

Huaxia Real Estate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in UAE real estate accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Immediate joiners with relevant UAE real estate accounting experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and tax-related activities.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
• Support Corporate Tax calculations, documentation, compliance, and filing.
• Maintain accurate tax records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax reconciliations.
• Manage FTA portal activities, including registrations, filings, and compliance.
• Monitor updates to UAE tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist with financial reporting, accounting entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
• Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of all financial and tax documentation.
• Support additional finance and accounting activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE accounting and taxation experience.
• Proven experience in UAE real estate accounting is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing VAT returns.
• Practical experience with Corporate Tax compliance and FTA portal activities.
• ACCA, CA, or a relevant tax certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
