The ideal candidate has hands-on UAE Ready‑Mix plant experience, reads mechanical drawings, and can work in a fast-paced production environment while complying with UAE safety standards and HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ready-Mix concrete plants in the UAE.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
• Maintain mixers, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect plant equipment regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
• Coordinate with plant operations to minimize downtime during maintenance.
• Replace damaged mechanical components and ensure proper installation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company HSE policies.
