Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking an Operations Engineer for its Ready Mix Concrete Plant in Dubai. You will oversee the full production lifecycle of concrete operations, ensuring efficient batching plant performance, quality assurance, and timely site deliveries aligned with UAE standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and has extensive experience in concrete operations within the UAE construction sector, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in ready mixed concrete plant operations within UAE construction sector.
• Strong understanding of concrete mix design and quality standards.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and plant machinery operations.
• Familiarity with logistics coordination and dispatch planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under production pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily batching plant operations to meet production targets and project schedules.
• Ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures for mix consistency.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of mixers, silos, conveyors, and transit mixers.
• Minimize operational downtime through proactive equipment management.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor concrete mix performance and address technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules.
• Ensure concrete deliveries reach construction sites within required timeframes.
• Manage raw material inventory including cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
• Monitor operational budgets and implement cost efficiency measures.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across plant operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and compliance audits.
