Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a Plant Mechanic in Dubai to perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on block batching plants and related equipment. You will diagnose faults, install and service mechanical systems, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

The role requires a technical certification or diploma in mechanical maintenance, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Require vocational/technical certification or diploma in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Inspect, service, install, and maintain mechanical systems and components.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production Department and schedule work.
• Maintain maintenance records and report issues and spare parts.
