Job summary

AG Mena, a Dubai-based private client advisory firm, seeks a fast, organised Client Advisor to greet inbound leads and schedule consultations with the Managing Partner. You will respond quickly, qualify prospects, and keep the pipeline warm with relentless follow-up.

Your role is client-facing, with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and CRM discipline. A performance bonus awaits for successful conversions and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, inside sales, or client services.
• Excellent written and spoken English — warm, clear and professional.
• Dubai-based with valid UAE residency.
• Ability to follow up relentlessly and manage CRM.
• Fast, organised, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every inbound lead within 15 minutes via WhatsApp and email.
• Conduct qualification calls to assess budget, need, urgency and fit.
• Book qualified prospects into the Managing Partner's consultation calendar.
• Follow up with every lead a minimum of 5 times before marking inactive.
• Reactivate cold leads from the pipeline monthly.
• Send post-consultation follow-ups to keep leads warm until they decide.
• Request referrals from every closed client 30 days after completion.
• Manage and update CRM in real time — nothing falls through the cracks.
• Provide daily lead status report to the Managing Partner.
