• Experience with property management systems, especially Odoo and Falcon.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Inquiry Management: coordinate listings and respond to inquiries.
• Tenant Qualification & Documentation: explain features and verify documents.
• Negotiation & Contract Preparation: negotiate terms and prepare contracts.
• Move-In Coordination: coordinate inspections, utilities, and handover.
• Lease Renewal Responsibilities: monitor expiries and manage renewals.
• Cheque Return & Payment Follow-Up: track cheques and follow up on failures.
• Tenant Move-In Process: ensure unit readiness and handover.
• Tenant Move-Out Process: manage notices, deposits, and settlements.
• Building Inspection (Documentation Phase): coordinate inspections and reports.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: liaise with accounts, maintenance, procurement, PRO.
