Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead and monitor enterprise architecture practices, aligning technology strategy with Dubai Government direction and guiding digital transformation initiatives.

You will oversee governance, risk, and policy frameworks, build a forward-looking technology roadmap, and drive cross-agency collaboration to optimise asset lifecycle and TCO for RTA's technology investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in related field (14+ years with bachelor’s degree).
• TOGAF Certified and PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture vision aligned with the Digital Strategy and directives.
• Oversee baselines and target models ensuring coherence across technology transitions.
• Enforce governance standards to optimise benefits and sustainability.
• Lead technology roadmap development for innovative solutions.
• Coordinate Corporate Architecture Review Team to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Shape policy, risk management, and governance frameworks with high impact on organisational direction.
• Manage an enterprise architecture repository and ensure traceability.
• Direct demand analysis, business case development, and requirements policies.
• Oversee supplier selection, procurement, and KPI-driven performance.
• Manage budget and service catalogue; drive cost-effective delivery.
• Lead capability building and cross-agency accountability.
