Qualifications

• Experience:8+ years in related field with asset management, cost analysis and investment analysis within asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset performance, maintenance expenditure, renewal costs to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Establish methodologies linking asset expenditure to reliability and risk outcomes.
• Develop economic appraisals and investment models for maintenance, renewal and upgrades.
• Create cost and performance KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Support budgeting, regulatory submissions and value-for-money analyses.
