Job summary

Etihad Rail Operating Companies seeks an Asset Performance & Cost Efficiency Manager to analyse asset performance, maintenance expenditure and lifecycle costs across railway infrastructure asset classes. The role develops unit-cost models, benchmarking and investment appraisals to support evidence-based maintenance and renewal decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Asset Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in asset management, infrastructure economics, cost analysis or investment analysis.
• Experience developing economic appraisals, NPVs and whole-life cost analyses.
• Experience linking financial expenditure to asset reliability, availability and risk.
• Railway infrastructure or asset-intensive environment experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset performance, maintenance expenditure and lifecycle costs across asset classes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop unit-cost models and cost-driver analysis to support cost optimisation.
• Produce benchmarking analysis and economic appraisals for maintenance and renewal decisions.
• Develop dashboards linking asset performance, cost and risk for management reporting.
• Support budgeting, regulatory submissions and value-for-money analyses.
