Job summary

REMAYA seeks a Radar and Telemetry Lead to plan, design and manage remote sensing solutions for test ranges and off-site operations in defense contexts. The role covers tracking radars, EO trackers, telemetry, and flight termination systems to ensure accurate data capture and system integrity.

You will lead engineers and technicians, coordinate with clients, oversee test procedures, and drive continuous improvement of remote sensing capabilities across multiple test campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in radar, telemetry, and test instrumentation roles.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and client-facing collaboration.
• Strong understanding of radar, EO tracking, telemetry, and FTS operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and validate test instrumentation using radars, EO trackers and telemetry.
• Lead engineers and technicians, supervise data capture and test execution.
• Develop test procedures and data formatting for reports and analyses.
• Coordinate remote sensing resources across multi-domain test campaigns.
• Maintain system calibration, validation and lifecycle management.
