Job summary

EDTECH4D - JOBSKILLSHARE is seeking a Chief Radar Systems Scientist/Project Leader to spearhead end-to-end radar development for defense applications. You will establish a world-class Radar R&D division and drive architecture, testing, and deployment.

The role requires 15+ years in defense/A&D R&D with leadership in large programs and strong expertise in radar system architecture, signal processing, and multidisciplinary team management.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Radar Engineering, RF/microwave Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 15+ years in defense or aerospace R&D with leadership in large-scale programs.
• 5-7+ years in senior technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of advanced radar systems (AESA, PESA, SAR, ISAR).
• Define system architecture; oversee RF front-end, waveform design, and signal processing.
• Develop detection, tracking, classification, and interference mitigation algorithms.
