Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage interior design and fit-out project costs. You will prepare BOQs, budgets, and cost estimates while reviewing drawings and coordinating with suppliers to ensure compliance and value.

The role requires 3–5 years in interior design/fit-out, strong material knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Arabic is a plus; strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects (mandatory).
• Experience with finishing materials, fit-out methods, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Review drawings and specifications to perform accurate quantity take-offs.
• Source, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to finalize technical specifications, material selections, and compliance with project requirements.
• Analyze supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and procurement activities.
• Work with Design, Procurement and Project Management teams for cost-effective execution.
• Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Ensure all cost-related documentation is maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities
