Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking an Estimation Manager in the UAE to lead the complete tender estimation process for interior fit‑out projects. The role focuses on reviewing documents, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure profitable projects.

You will support Business Development and Project teams, perform value engineering, and manage commercial risks to ensure competitive pricing and successful bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimation are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end estimation process for interior fit‑out tenders from enquiry to final submission.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract documents to determine scope and pricing.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and BOQs for commercial, hospitality, residential, retail and luxury fit‑out projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Commercial and Business Development teams during tender preparation.
• Conduct value engineering and cost‑optimization without compromising quality or project specs.
• Identify commercial risks, pricing gaps and opportunities during tender stage.
• Maintain updated cost database, supplier pricing and historical project records for benchmarking.
• Support post‑tender clarifications, negotiations and handover to project execution team upon award.

Job description

The Estimation Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tender estimation process for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring accurate, competitive and commercially viable cost estimates. The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed BOQs, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the Business Development and Project teams in securing profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end estimation process for interior fit‑out tenders from enquiry to final submission.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and BOQs for commercial, hospitality, residential, retail and luxury fit‑out projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Commercial and Business Development teams during tender preparation.
• Conduct value engineering and cost‑optimization exercises without compromising quality or project specifications.
• Identify commercial risks, pricing gaps and opportunities during the tender stage.
• Maintain an updated cost database, supplier pricing and historical project records for accurate benchmarking.
• Support post‑tender clarifications, negotiations and handover to the project execution team upon project award.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Fit‑out or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimation are an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of estimation experience in the Interior Fit‑Out industry.
• Proven UAE/GCC experience in estimating commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, architectural finishes, MEP coordination, and construction materials.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

• Good understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement practices.
