Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to own the commercial delivery of fit-out projects from first quotation to final billing. You will tender documents, manage variations and progress billings, and negotiate with vendors to keep projects profitable.

This role requires strong BOQ knowledge, excellent coordination with project and engineering teams, and a UAE driving license. You will lead commercial decisions and ensure robust cost control across multiple interior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/Dubai experience in a similar QS role.
• Strong experience in commercial interior fit-out projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, costing, quotations, variation orders, tendering, and progress billing.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across project and engineering teams.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Quantity Surveyor role for someone who owns the commercial side of fit-out delivery — from the first quotation to the final progress billing. You'll be the person tender documents, variation orders, and vendor comparisons run through, working shoulder-to-shoulder with project and engineering teams to keep every job commercially sound. If you know your way around a BOQ and can hold your own in a vendor negotiation, this role gives you real ownership over the numbers that make projects profitable.
