Job summary

The Luxe Developers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across civil and MEP works. You will ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and to the highest quality standards.

You will prepare cost plans, tender documents, IPCs, and final accounts, while monitoring cash flow and supporting project and finance teams. This role requires strong contract knowledge and experience in UAE regulations, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, FIDIC, and UAE construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX or similar QS software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during design and development stages.
• Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate with contractors, and prepare recommendations.
• Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare and review IPC and variation claims.
• Monitor cash flow and budget utilization, highlight deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure accurate project cost closure.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for pricing, contract terms, and procurement activities.
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Support Project and Finance teams with cost reports and forecasts.
• Ensure all QS documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with contractual obligations.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that all construction and development projects are delivered within the approved budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency in Civil & MEP aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for new and ongoing projects.
