• Experience with TRANSCO or TAQA; approval from TRANSCO is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cost control principles, BOQ preparation, contract management, and project management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to analyze cost data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Proficiency in cost control software, project management tools, and financial analysis software.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for cost management, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to optimize project costs and minimize expenses.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate cost estimations and monitoring actual costs against budgets.
