Job summary

The Luxe Developers seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across the project life cycle. You will ensure delivery within approved budgets while maintaining quality for Civil & MEP works.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, BOQs, tender documents, evaluating bids, and steering value engineering. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep cost data accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, FIDIC, and UAE construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Cost X, or similar QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong financial and commercial acumen.

• Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Support the Project and Finance teams with cost reports and forecasts.
• Ensure all QS documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with contractual obligations.
