Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai seeks a qualified quality tester to conduct comprehensive testing of raw materials, WIP cables, and finished products. You will verify conformance to customer specifications and ISO standards, perform electrical and physical tests, and document results.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in cable manufacturing with hands-on testing, GCC experience preferred, and strong analytical/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in cable manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on cable testing experience.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cable testing standards and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable quality standards.Perform electrical and physical cable testing and identify cable faults.
• Analyze test results and prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.
• Perform calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
