Job summary

Centene is seeking a senior leader to oversee clinical, quality, and risk adjustment functions, developing and directing clinical programs for physician education and communication within a managed care environment.

You will analyze reports to identify trends, establish tracking systems for quality improvement, manage staff performance, stay current with HEDIS requirements, and coordinate external oversight visits to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, nursing, public health administration, business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years in a managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical, quality, and risk adjustment functions.
• Develop and oversee clinical programs for physician education and communication.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and reduce costs.
• Establish tracking systems for quality improvement per regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff performance related to clinical and healthcare services improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of HEDIS and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers.
