Reliance Human Resources Consultancy's client, a leading FMCG manufacturing company in the UAE, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA and QC operations at the Ajman/Sharjah site. The role requires heavy involvement in audits, certifications, and continuous improvement of quality systems.

Salary is up to AED 25,000 per month with growth opportunities in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in QA/QC management, 5+ years in flour mills, and hands-on HACCP/ISO compliance

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a manager covering QA and QC.
• At least 5 years of experience in flour mills.
• Hands-on experience with food quality certifications such as HACCP, Halal, ISO, and other food safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills to manage quality teams, audits, and compliance.
