Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Quality & Hygiene Officer to uphold ISO standards across all hotel operations, ensuring food safety, environmental management, and customer satisfaction.

Under the guidance of the Quality & Sustainability team, you will monitor audits, implement corrective actions, train staff, and maintain HACCP records, EN 15288 compliance, and GSTC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Environmental Health, Quality Management).
• Certification in relevant ISO standards (ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 10002).
• Min 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 10002, EN 15288 and GSTC standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to documented processes and procedures.
• Initiate and monitor corrective actions, identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, implement, and manage food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure highest safety standards.
