Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the department, ensuring delivery of five-star standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will coordinate Laundry, Pest Control, and maintenance with engineering, rooms division, and F&B to meet guest expectations and operational targets.

The role focuses on team leadership, scheduling, stock management, and adherence to privacy and service excellence for a luxury beachfront resort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping operations including Laundry and Internal Communication Center to ensure hotel standards are followed.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared and inspected per standards and guest requests, including Turn Down service.
• Maintain front-and back-of-house cleanliness and upkeep, including hotel entrance and designated areas.
