Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai seeks a QA Officer with a food industry background to assure product quality and compliance with food safety standards. The role emphasizes implementing and maintaining QMS, performing tests, and coordinating audits across the UAE.

You will ensure GMP/GHP practices on the shop floor, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Production and QC teams to drive corrective actions and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Food Quality System.
• Experience in flour mill / food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
• Conduct routine quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Perform lab testing, sampling, and inspection as per standards.
• Maintain QA documentation, COA, non-conformance reports, and audit records.
• Handle internal audits, external audits, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Production and QC teams to ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Monitor GMP, GHP, and personal hygiene practices on shop floor.
