Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services places a Quality Controller – Automotive Aftersales in Dubai for a leading UAE automotive distributor. You will verify serviced/ repaired vehicles, perform final inspections and road tests, and confirm all issues noted on job cards are addressed.

Collaborating with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors, you’ll help minimize repeat repairs and maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ automotive workshop/after-sales experience.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and vehicle diagnostic issues.
• Experience in inspections and road testing.

• Check vehicles after service or repair to ensure work is correct.
• Carry out final inspections and road tests before return to customers.
• Check job cards and customer complaints and verify all reported problems are fixed.

About the Client:

A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Check vehicles after service or repair to make sure the work has been done correctly.
• Carry out final inspections and road tests before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Check the job card and customer complaints and make sure all reported problems have been fixed.
• Work with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors to correct problems and reduce repeat repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ automotive workshop/after-sales experience, preferably as a Quality Controller, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• With good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and vehicle diagnostic issues, with experience in inspections and road testing.
• Must have an experience in vehicle inspections, road testing, job cards, and checking repair quality.
• Automotive Diploma/Technical qualification and a valid UAE driving license are required.
