Job summary

Al-Futtaim is building a strong pool of talented Quality Controllers for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Quality Controller, you will inspect completed vehicle refurbishment, body repair, and paint work to ensure the required quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will identify quality concerns, analyze repeat repairs, recommend improvements, and work closely with workshop teams to continuously improve workmanship.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Controller within a reputable automotive dealership, preferably with experience handling multiple vehicle makes.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint, and refurbishment.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and identifying repair or workmanship concerns.
• Ability to guide workshop teams on quality improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a high-activity environment and remain focused on quality targets.

As Quality Controller, you will play an important role in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting workshop teams in delivering consistently high-quality workmanship.
