Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Quality Controller – Automotive Aftersales in Dubai. You will check vehicles after service, perform final inspections and road tests, and verify work against job cards and customer complaints.

Work with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors to resolve issues and reduce repeat repairs. A minimum of 2 years in an automotive workshop/after-sales role is required along with a valid UAE driving license and an automotive Diploma/Technical

• 2 years of automotive workshop/after-sales experience minimum.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and vehicle diagnostics.
• Valid UAE driving license and an Automotive Diploma/Technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles after service or repair to ensure work is correct.
• Carry out final inspections and road tests before customers take the vehicles.
• Check job cards and customer complaints to verify issues are fixed.

Job Description:

• Check vehicles after service or repair to make sure the work has been done correctly.
• Carry out final inspections and road tests before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Check the job card and customer complaints and make sure all reported problems have been fixed.
• Work with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors to correct problems and reduce repeat repairs.
• Open to Male candidates below 35 years with a minimum of 2 years’ automotive workshop/after-sales experience, preferably as a Quality Controller, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• With good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and vehicle diagnostic issues, with experience in inspections and road testing.
• Must have an experience in vehicle inspections, road testing, job cards, and checking repair quality.
• Automotive Diploma/Technical qualification and a valid UAE driving license are required.
