Job summary

algahwaalarabiya is seeking a Quality & Training Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to conduct quality control inspections, develop training programs, and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory standards.

You will design and deliver training for new hires and existing staff, monitor learning outcomes, and work closely with production, sales, and management to foster a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, business administration or related field.
• Experience in quality control and/or training roles.
• Excellent training and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for new hires and staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for learning improvements.
• Collaborate with production, sales and management to promote quality culture.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and training.
