algahwaalarabiya is seeking a dedicated Quality Control and Trainer professional to ensure product quality standards are consistently met while also providing effective training to staff.

In this dual role, you will oversee QC processes, conduct inspections, implement improvements, and design training programs to align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality control and/or training roles.
• Knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and methodologies; minimum 3 years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
• Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports
• Design, plan, and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to continuously enhance learning programs
• Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and training methodologies
