The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 5–8+ years of QA/QC experience in UAE/GCC construction, with strong ability to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, NCRs and inspections.
• UAE/GCC construction experience; lead-level applicants must show team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with approved quality plans and ITPs.
• Implement and monitor the project Quality Management Plan and ITPs.
• Lead inspections, audits and quality coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
• Review method statements, material approvals and inspection documentation.
• Raise, investigate and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Manage snagging, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Maintain quality records and support project handover.
• Guide QA/QC engineers and site teams on quality requirements.
