ROShell FZC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will ensure materials, fabrication processes, and RO plant systems comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

The role involves inspecting materials, performing inline quality checks during fabrication, verifying dimensions and installation, and maintaining comprehensive quality records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of quality-control experience, preferably in RO plants, water-treatment systems, piping, skid fabrication, or industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, fabrication drawings, general arrangement drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of RO systems, pumps, membranes, pressure vessels, piping, instrumentation, and control panels.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures, quality documentation, material traceability, and ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming materials and components for compliance with specs.
• Perform quality inspections during fabrication, welding, piping, assembly, and electrical installation.
• Verify dimensions, workmanship, and equipment installation against drawings.
• Maintain quality records, traceability, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to implement corrective actions.
