ROShell in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections for RO Pressure Vessel/FRP manufacturing. You will ensure materials, processes and finished products meet approved drawings and ITPs, documenting results daily.

The role requires practical FRP manufacturing knowledge, experience with inspection plans, and the ability to liaise with QA/QC and Operations to uphold quality standards.

Formación

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical, polymer, composite or related field.
• Minimum relevant quality experience in FRP/composite manufacturing and vessels.
• Experience with QC lab procedures and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Incoming material inspection: verify against PO, specs, TDS, COA/COC and batch identity.
• In-process inspection and process control at defined manufacturing stages; verify dimensions and defects.
• Product testing support: prepare test samples, record results and coordinate third-party testing as needed.
• Final inspection and release after QA checks and traceability.
• Maintain QA documentation and NCR handling with proper records.
