Job Description

General Operations Responsibilities

Health & Safety: Consistently work in a safe manner, considering oneself, co-workers, and manufacturing systems. Perform general housekeeping and waste removal within the department, and assist other areas as required.

ELS: Continuously review current processes and seek improvement methods to enhance product and process quality, reduce waste, rework, and unnecessary work. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Teamwork: Assist and support team members in achieving department and site goals. Participate in all tasks necessary to operate the facility, contribute to team decision-making, and support project work and special requests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Global SOP and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs such as CCR and COPQ for the entire site.
  • Develop quality improvement plans for outsourcing and supplier partners to meet standards.
  • Inspect materials, processes, and products to meet customer demands and quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on activities, processes, and procedures related to production.
  • Conduct periodic process checks to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare, update, and implement quality management documents and procedures.
  • Respond to customer complaints and propose corrective actions.
  • Support process improvement projects to optimize critical process parameters and ensure stable, efficient quality processes.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies promptly in the production flow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in quality control.
  • Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001/2015 or other QMS standards preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
