Job summary

Sanad Capital seeks a Manager – Quality & Safety Management Systems (QSMS) to lead and advance our QMS and SMS across operations. You will supervise audits, investigations, corrective actions, safety reporting, and certification maintenance while partnering with regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or aviation field with quality/safety focus.
• 8–10 years of progressive QSMS experience in aviation/MRO or regulated industry.
• Certification in Quality Auditing (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) or SMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and improve QMS & SMS per standards and regulations.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and manage nonconformities and CAPAs.
• Support Risk Register, monitor regulatory changes, ensure ISO and ASA100 compliance.
• Plan internal and support external audits by regulators and cert bodies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (LEAN/Six Sigma) and train staff.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs, report to management with preventive actions.
