The Manager – Quality & Safety Management Systems (QSMS) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of QSMS to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Sanad Capital’s Quality and Safety Management Systems. This full-time position is responsible for managing daily quality, safety, and risk operations including audits, investigations, corrective actions, safety reporting, and certification maintenance. Acting as the operational focal point for QSMS activities, the Manager leads and mentors specialists, coordinates with regulators and internal departments, and ensures Sanad Capital upholds its commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality Management, or a related field, along with certification or training in Quality Auditing (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) or Safety Management Systems (SMS). Additional training in Risk Management, HSE, or Continuous Improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of progressive experience in quality, safety, or compliance management within aviation, MRO, or a similarly regulated technical industry, including 3–5 years in supervisory or leadership roles. Proven expertise in audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk management processes is essential.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks, ISO/ASA100 standards, and integration of quality and safety systems is required. The candidate must demonstrate leadership and mentorship capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality.
