Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) is mandatory.
• 6-10 years of experience in QS Costing – MEP within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to MEP systems.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for costing and estimation requirements.
• Evaluate quotations, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare project reports, payment certifications, and cost analysis documentation.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to handle MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
