Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring a QS Costing – MEP in Dubai, UAE to handle MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and project coordination for large-scale developments. Immediate joiners preferred.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 6-10 years of UAE/GCC experience in high-rise projects, with strong reading of drawings and cost-control abilities. Attractive salary with industry-standard benefits. UAE-based candidates are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) is mandatory.
• 6-10 years of experience in QS Costing – MEP within the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to MEP systems.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for costing and estimation requirements.
• Evaluate quotations, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare project reports, payment certifications, and cost analysis documentation.
• Ensure all costing activities comply with project standards and contractual requirements.
