Job summary

Zajel_official is seeking a Business Improvement & Efficiency Officer to assess and enhance business processes, ensure alignment with ISO standards, and drive standardization across functions in Dubai. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferably with Internal Auditor Certification: ISO 9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001:2018.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Map, review and redesign processes aligned with ISO standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop departmental KPIs and supporting reports.
• Lead QHSE audits and coordinate with external bodies.
• Provide guidance and training on BIE practices.
• Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance.
