Job summary

Mc Dermott is seeking a Senior QHSES Assurance Specialist to improve quality assurance systems in Dubai, UAE. You will ally with project teams to ensure compliance and enhance operational reliability across numerous engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Join us to contribute significantly to our esteemed projects in the oil and energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in EPC construction, fabrication, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110, or similar recognized quality management systems.
• Experience in audits, document control, compliance reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new quality management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits in line with monthly audit plans.
• Prepare, review, and improve procedures and work instructions.
